According to him, Tehran Aliyev will represent the interests of "Caspian Energy Club" in the territory of Uzbekistan and at the same time manage its projects. In addition to these, the international "Caspian Energy Forum Uzbekistan", "Caspian Energy Award Uzbekistan", "Brand Award Uzbekistan", as well as B2G and B2B forums, business tours and round tables, "CEO Breakfast" and "CEO Lunches" in all regions of Uzbekistan, organization will do.

Tehran Aliyev expressed his gratitude to the High Management of "Caspian Energy Club" for the high trust shown to him. Tehran Aliyev has actively participated in the expansion of networking between entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, development of commercial and economic relations and stressed that he will do his best.

Aliyev Tehran Rizvan oglu was born in 1985 in the city of Sheki.

In 1991, he entered secondary school No. 18 in the city of Sheki. After graduating from school in 2001, he was admitted to the bachelor's degree at the "State and Municipal Administration" faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2005, he graduated from that specialty, and in the same year, he was admitted to the master's degree at the "State and Municipal Administration" faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and graduated with honors in 2007.

In 2016, he participated in the "Training for Managers" monthly program in Cologne, Germany.
After graduating from the university, he worked in various fields. Since 2014, he has been working at Vitam LLC. Currently, he is the co-founder and director of Vitam LLC.

He took an active part in the opening of the company's branches in the USA, Uzbekistan and Georgia, and directly manages the branches in Uzbekistan and Georgia.

In 2022, he was elected as the chairman of the "Light industry and advertising" committee formed within the Caspian Energy Club and as a representative for the Sheki-Zagatala economic region.
